Moises began his career with UCI Dining as a part time student employee in April 2012 before being promoted to Supervisor, and then Manager, and most recently to Catering Director. He has spent his professional career in the hospitality industry, also running the catering department at Cal State Fullerton and working over 200 weddings catering at a wedding venue. In his free time, Moises likes to go cycling, watch sports, and spend time with his daughter.
Ed began his career with UCI Dining as a part time student employee in October 2014 before being promoted to Lead, and then Supervisor and most recently to Assistant Director of UCI Catering. He has spent his professional career in the hospitality industry, also managing residential, catering and retail operations at Cal State Fullerton. He graduated from UC Irvine in June 2018 with a B.A. in Political Science and Criminology, Law & Society.
Chef Angel has over 10 years experience in dining services and a B.S. in Culinary Management. He specializes in food and wine pairings.
