Johnny has over 20 years in the hospitality service industry, nearly all involving aspects of event management and service. He joined UCI as Catering Director in February, 2013 and seeks to continue to impart his professionalism and experience onto UCI Catering services and Hospitality & Dining as whole. Johnny has worked at local Orange County hotels and the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center, including the Aquarium of the Pacific and has a Bachelor’s degree in Service Management with a minor in Hospitality Enterprise. In his free time, Johnny likes mountain biking, snowboarding and spending time with family.
Chef Nick has over 20 years of hospitality expertise with a repertoire of diverse cuisines ranging from French to Asian and fusion. He ensures that every event receives the dedicated attention necessary to exceed expectations and provides clients with an exceptional experience.
Annie has a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University. She has been in the industry for 10 years with experience catering at some of the most high-end venues on the East Coast.
